| Personal History | Julia was born on Earth, England. Growing up she enjoyed history and literature. At the age of twelve she started helping babysitting the younger kids in the neighborhood and that's where she found her calling. She studied several languages in school and history. She later on went on studying children's daycare and child psychology. At the age of 22 she was assigned to Casey Logan as Governess. She was firstly assigned to take care of Casey and Jonathan Frasier's eldest child Christopher. Casey was pregnant at the time. When Casey's health turned for the worse, Julia took over most of Casey's day to day work. Unfortunately Casey didn't make it after the youngest child Evelyn Frasier was born and Julia was tasked to bring the two children to their father, Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Frasier. Being a marine in Starfleet and assigned the executive officer's position on the USS Churchill, he continued Julia's services. At the arrival at Starbase New Haven, Julia met Commodore EJ O'Donnaghue, who had set up a day care center for children on the Colony. Not really knowing much about this stuff, he asked for Julia's help. He assigned her the position of Daycare head. Julia assigned the Frasier children to the O'Donnaghue daycare center, where Jonathan felt his children saver than on the Churchill. But because it was a daycare center, Jullie would have to live on the colony. This way Jonathan would have his children close and he would be able to see them when he would be in the sector. Julia now assigned on the O'Donnaghue daycare center found her greatest dream have come through. Working with a group of a children and having a place to express herself. |
