| Physical Description | Rian stands at around five feet and seven inches, quite small for men of the O'Donnaghue clan. Allthough much like his father what he lacks in height he makes up for in muscle mass. Rian has broad shoulders, almost as broad as his uncle craig or his cousin Eoin. Rian has long hair, piercing facial features and the eyes of the sea. So blue that most people get lost in them. Rian often off duty can be caught wearing, jeans, black t-shirts and boots. With his hair swept up into a quiff or just slicked back to his head. On duty he wears a crisp and neat red uniform, with a new pair of boots for every day, thats something his father taught him |

| Personal History | Rian O'Donoghue was born on a moon colony, His father a starfleet captain and his mother also a starfleet science offcer. He was raised mainly by his mother who would now be on maternity leave. His mother was of human and vulcan decent, making him a ¼ vulcan.His father EJ was the captain of the USS Starbow, a Galaxy class ship. He spent his time split between his mother and his father on the weekends, his mother would take him to earth spacedock once a week when he would catch a shuttle to the star bow. After he graduated from school he went straight into starfleet academy, Majoring in helm and navigation studies.. Everybody knew exactly who he was when he walked into his first day of classes. His name was uttered through the halls of the academy . His father was a well known Helmsman and now it was his job to take up the mantle. After taking the Kobyashi maru test and attending his traininng assignment aboard the USS Arlington. Rian now a fully fledged helmsman was now assigned to the USS Arlington, full time taking the postion his father once held, Chief helmsman. Captain Llewellyn saw Rian as his fathers son, fine command matirial. He Kept rian abaord for two years, well into the beginning of the Domonion war, where Rian proved him self as a capable leader and fighter. After attaing a medal of valor in service of the federation in war time, He was promoted from Ensign to Lieutenant Junior Grade, Reamining on the arlington for most of the war. Half way through the war he was reassigned to the USS Hornet, a Defiant class ship on the front lines of the war. Now a lieutenant he was in charge of the helm once more, this time to a captain Firsk, a ruthless man by any standard, But during a skirmish with a Jem’Hadar ship, The hornet lost her XO and Rian had to take the lead. His commanding officer commended his efforts and after the war had finished, asked command to put Rian through a command module whilst he was stationed on the hornet for the latter half of the war. Now a fully fledged XO at the end of the war, RIan was now a lieutenant commander, Being placed aboard earth space dock as a Helm instructor for new pilots in the quadrant. That was all two years ago and now, his uncle Craig has asked him to take command of the brand new siren subclass of the oberth family The USS Siren the first of her kind and the only one of three that will enter the new haven task force. Rian has just lost the first siren in the retaking of avalon station, he was reasiigned to new haven station whilst the Siren-A was being built (Defiant class-Sau Paulo Varient) Alot has happened in that time from his wife to be finding out shes pregnaunt, to him becoming a fully fledged captain. Now with the siren A and her crew rian flys straight back out to meet the crecent. |
